All shears are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturer defect. We thoroughly inspect each shear before shipping to ensure proper functionality. Upon receiving your order, please inspect the shears immediately. If you discover a manufacturer defect, you must notify us within 2 days of receiving your order to qualify for a return or exchange.

For warranty claims, please contact our customer service team with your order details and a description of the defect. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and to your satisfaction.

Return shipping cost is at the customer’s expense. J&Y Pet's Supplier is not responsible for any return package damaged, lost or stolen.

Item Damaged or Faulty

Defective, damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. If your package appears damaged at the time of delivery, you have the right to refuse the shipment. If a package arrives damaged, contact us immediately and do not discard the packaging. Keep the original shipping container as photos of damage will be requested.

The manufacturer will not cover under warranty products that have failed due to improper operation or use, customer neglect, lightning damage or other acts of God.
